The solenoid valve consists of a solenoid coil and a magnetic core, which is a valve body with one or more holes. When the coil is energized or de energized, core operation will cause the fluid to pass through the body or be cut off to change the direction of the fluid. The electromagnetic components of the solenoid valve are composed of fixed iron core, moving iron core and coil; the valve body is composed of slide valve core, slide valve sleeve, spring seat, etc. The electromagnetic coil is directly installed on the valve body, and the valve body is sealed in the sealed pipe, forming a simple and compact combination.
There are two or three or four commonly used solenoid valves in the factory. The "on" and "position" of the solenoid valve are important concepts of the reversing valve.
Position refers to the status of valve core;
"Two valves" means that there are only two valve core States, namely "on" and "off"; the corresponding electrical system refers to the charging and power loss of a single solenoid valve coil.

"Three valves" refers to three valve core States, i.e. "on", "off" and "medium"; for electrical system, it refers to three states used together by two coils (a gets power, B loses power; 2 a cuts off power, B cuts off power, 3 AB cuts off power).
The valve body is not connected to the pipeline interface, and the switching of different pipelines is controlled by the action of valve core. The change of channel means the change of pipeline medium, that is, the movement of external equipment;

The most commonly used solenoid valves in our factory are two-way solenoid valve, two-way solenoid valve and three-way solenoid valve;
Generally, two two-way solenoid valves are controlled by one coil, PLC or other system output points. When the coil is powered on, it is opened or closed without action. Only the upper solenoid valve controls the movement. The movement needs to cooperate with the mechanical state, so the two-way solenoid valve safety valve systems are more common.
The two position three-way solenoid valve also contains a coil, which is controlled by the output point of PLC or other systems, that is, when the power is turned on, it is in the open or closed state, and when the power is turned off, it is in the opposite action; the solenoid valve is applicable to the mechanical structure of simple repetitive motion, such as single coil control cylinder.
There are two coils for the three-way four-way solenoid valve, and two output points of PLC or other systems control two coils. That is to say, when the coil is electrified on or off, the excitation action of the other coil is exactly the opposite. Without the solenoid valve output, the original state will be maintained, while the two coils cannot be energetic; the solenoid valve is applicable to the mechanical structure of the position sensor with large stroke.
The most common solenoid valves in the factory are the above. In addition to some special solenoid valves, such as four-way valve and five-way valve, they all have their own purposes, but they can be used correctly after learning and mastering the principle.
Summary: several positions of valve core are several valves; several outlets of valve body are several valves, so it is very convenient to understand.
